Annually the American Hockey Coaches Association names the best college players to their All-American teams for men's ice hockey.  Since 1958 there have been two first teams, one for the East and one for the West named each year.  Along with the first teams, there is also a second team named for the East and West.  Prior to 1958 there was no one formal organization to name All-Americans.

Listed below are the 43 Gopher players that have been honored as first team All-Americans.

Gopher first team All-Americans have their picture on one of the murals in Mariucci Arena.
